Internal Family Systems

My training in IFS (under Pam Krause, Osnat Arbel, & Einat Bronstein) forms the foundation of the healing practices that I share.

Internal Family Systems, or IFS, is also known as “Parts Work.” It is an evidence based psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz.

I share the work of IFS because it is the most empowering, safe, and effective means I know, both to heal trauma and increase self awareness. Rather than talking through problems, this method is experiential and transformative. IFS allows us to communicate directly with parts in our subconscious to build inner relationships and trust.

Embrace All Your Parts

Notice. Observe. Feel. Listen. Accept. Unburden. Heal.

These simple steps form the basis of Parts Work.

It begins with Radical Acceptance of all parts of you, even those you dislike.

Instead of ignoring your Inner Critic, try cultivating authentic curiosity. Your Inner Critic, and all your Parts, are trying to help you. With IFS, we can find out why your Parts react the way they do, open up a dialogue, and build trust.

Blending IFS, Shamanism, and Somatics, I hold space for you to meet your Parts, and offer them a path to heal.
